Orders should be placed two (2) weeks in advance of
your party date. A four (4) week notice is preferred during the spring
and holiday seasons. Any changes must be made seven (7) days in
advance.

Tables should be covered with a tablecloth and aluminum
foil. Sternos must sit in chafing dish racks only. We are not
responsible for any damage caused by sternos.

Cold cups, coffee urns, cake plates and forks, table
covers, or aluminum foil for lining tables are not supplied.

Food must not be placed in direct sunlight or be kept
outside for an extended period of time. Food will not heat properly in
a breezy area or under air conditioning vents.

A 25% deposit is required on all orders. All
payment must be made in cash, certified check, or money order.

Racks and waterpans must be returned within 30 days.
Nominal deposit on equipment.

All trays of food are half of a chafing dish rack.
Two trays make one full rack.

Full payment is due upon delivery. Refunds are by
credit slip only (72 hour notice required). Parties cancelled without
a minimum of 72 hours notice will forfeit deposit.
